Emamectin Benzoate 5% SG
Apply Emamectin Benzoate 5% SG when larvae are first observed and repeat as necessary. Use adequate quantities of water to ensure that the insecticide reaches every part of the foliage. The stomach action of this chemical makes it effective against lepidopteran pests. Larvae are the most likely to consume the product. As the larva is paralyzed, it stops feeding very soon afterward, and within 2-4 days it dies. It is mainly used in crops, like tea, grapes, chilli, cabbage, brinjal and more. Bees and Aquaculture are affected by Emamectin benzoate 5% SG.
